Kamen Rider Prime Rogue:
History: Gentoku Himuro was the former head of the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics and briefly took over the role of Prime Minister of Touto from his then-hospitalized father, a position overshadowed by his late-superior, Juzaburo Namba. Gentoku was also the co-founder and former leader of Faust, and the true identity of Night Rogue, a mysterious masked figure present during Faust's experiments that turn victims into Smash, including the one from Sento Kiryu's memories. The Devil's Scientist. After falling out with Build and being exiled from Touto by his own father, he aligned himself with Seito and underwent grueling training in order to earn the right to be their Rider representative, Kamen Rider Rogue. Shortly after the proxy battle however, he betrayed Namba and formed an alliance with Sento after Evolto killed his father in an attempt on his own life, to fight against Evolto until his death. However, he is revived in the new world after merging the both worlds, and eventually regaining his memories from the old world to become a Rider once again upon the appearance of Killbas, the brother of Evolto.
Now in this fused world he serves as a security chief for Kord Industries to make ends meet while serving as Kamen Rider Rogue alongside his allies.
Equipment: He has a translator chip that allows him to understand other languages, hear them as Japanese and reply to them in their native tongue. It can quickly learn new languages after hearing it used for short periods of time.
Fullbottles - Trinkets for transformation with the Transteam Gun or Build Driver and granting ablities with the Sclash Driver.
Steam Blade - Kamen Rider Rogue's standard sidearm knife. Can combine with the Nebulasteam Gun to form the Nebulasteam Rifle.
Nebulasteam Gun - Rogue's personal weapon. Can combine with the Steam Blade to form the Nebulasteam Rifle.
Sclash Driver (Kamen Rider Rogue): Kamen Rider Rogue's base form is accessed by using the Crocodile Crack Fullbottle in the Sclash Driver.
He can wield the Nebulasteam Gun and Steam Blade as sidearms, or combine them into the Nebulasteam Rifle.
Rogue's stats rival even Build's Hazard Forms, leaving Cross-Z Charge and Grease in the dust. Although his gear still utilizes Variable Jelly , the substance is only present inside of his purple Crocodilatan Armor, where it hardens upon impact. In addition, the white crack-like segments are actually durable reinforced frame pieces. Rogue is also armed with the Fanguard Shoulder armor pieces.
His helmet's most distinct feature is the two crocodile jaw Cell Face Crusher. During transformation, the Cell Face Crusher cracks the helmet open, revealing the Hard Jelly Eyes. The right Cell Face Crusher has a mounted sensor unit called the RR Signal, which can collect battle data as well as monitor Rogue's internal and external status.
With the Steam Blade or the Nebulasteam Rifle, he can use the following attacks:
Elek Steam: Rogue shoots electricity at the enemy.
Ice Steam: Rogue emits an icey mist from the Steam Blade, freezing the opponent.
Rogue has three different finishers:
Sclash Driver finisher:
Rogue's finisher with the Crocodile Crack Fullbottle is the Crack Up Finish, which has five variations:
Rider Kick: Using the Cruncher Edges on his legs, Rogue generates the Cruncher Fang to crush his target several times before launching them away.
Rogue charges his leg with purple energy and performs a somersault kick attack.
Rogue creates a Cruncher Fang projection in right leg before delivering an explosive kick.
Rogue charges his right leg with purple energy and performs a flying kick.
Rider Punch: By charging energy into the Death Roll Glove, Rogue delivers a punch that is strong enough to kill a Hazard Smash, a creature strong enough to ignore most conventional firearms and explosives.
Charge Crash : Rogue channels the power of a Biotic Fullbottle.
Phoenix: Rogue transforms into a flaming energy phoenix for a quick method of transport.
Same (Shark, said Sah-may): Rogue creates a body of water in front of him from which an energy shark jumps out of and consumes the enemy's attack.
Discharge Crash: Rogue channels the power of an Abiotic Fullbottle.
Diamond: Rogue generates a diamond-like barrier to protect himself from incoming attacks.
Nebulasteam Gun finisher:
Funky Break: Rogue channels the power of the Crocodile Crack Fullbottle and performs a powerful blast attack.
Crocodile Crack: Rogue fires a Cruncher Fang projection towards his target.
Funky Attack: Rogue channels the power of a standard Fullbottle and performs a powerful blast attack.
Phoenix: Rogue transforms into a mass of fire that resembles an energy phoenix which gives him temporary flight abilities. He can also carry other people.
Funky Shot: Rogue channels the power of a Fullbottle and performs a powerful blast attack.
Crocodile Crack: Rogue fires a large Cruncher Fang projection at the enemy. This attack is able to hit multiple targets at once.
Build Driver (Prime Rogue): Prime Rogue is Kamen Rider Rogue's final form accessed by using the Prime Rogue Fullbottle in the Build Driver. It is hence known as the Late-Blooming Justice.
He can wield the Nebulasteam Gun and Steam Blade as sidearms, or combine them into the Nebulasteam Rifle. He has the same finishers related to these weapons in this form.
This form's finisher is the Prime Scrap Break: Rogue performs an enhanced version of his first Crack Up Finish attack with gold energy mixed into the violet projection.
Powers: Hazard Level 4+: According to Gentoku as Night Rogue, his level was stated to be above Hazard Level 3, but due to the Transteam Gun's limitations, his Hazard Level becomes capped and does not reflect his actual level. Sometime after being exiled from Touto, Gentoku underwent cruel experimentation in order to raise his Hazard Level to above 4 in order to utilize the Sclash Driver. His emotions allow him to surpass this, especially when thinking about his patriotic sense of duty and need to protect innocent people and his friends.
Nebula Gas Shockwaves: Prior his debut as a Kamen Rider, Gentoku was able to unleash shockwaves which can reduce Guardians, combat robots comparable to basic combat drones, into nothing. The principle of it is currently unknown.
Skills: Though briefly, he was seen to easily block and counter Ryuga Banjo's punches, who himself was a professional fighter.
Weaknesses: If knocked out of his Rider form, he has to wait to properly transform again. If he does so immediately, he will first suffer some pain, fight at a reduced power and will be badly hurt if knocked out of it again.
Trivia (optional):
- He is barred from picking his own clothes. Misora would kill him if he came dressed like this again.
- He compromises by wearing shirts with phrases and prepared answers on it if he can read the situation ahead of time.
- He has a habit of calling Souichi "STALK" if he get mad at him, a callback to Evolto using his body while he was Blood Stalk.
- As there is a movie coming out soon that might add to his power set, i might need to edit this bio.
