History: Not much is known about the mysterious criminal Rogan, other than the fact that he has been a big fan of old movie serials since he was young. He has commited various crimes over the years (including the deaths of many innocents, police officers and government officials) and he has never been identified or caught by anyone, which is one of the reasons why Brainiac decided to give him a position as second-in-command of his operations.
Rogan also has a big hatred towards Clark Kent, Lois Lane and the rest of the Daily Planet crew as well as Inspector Henderson and Hal Jordan, for jailing some of his allies, and he intends to get even with them.
