Terror:
With Spikes:
History: Centuries ago on Earth-88194 (Also known as Shadowline) the man who was to become Terror Inc. was a brave knight during the middle-ages. He had a wife he loved and was respected by his people, but also feared. However, during one of his crusades, Terror Inc. killed a gruesome demon. By slaying this demon, he was cursed. He soon found out his flesh began to rot, and his wife and loved ones became terrified of him. He left his family to wonder the earth. It was at this time that he found out that he could assimilate body-parts into to his own body if the need arose. He would therefore tear off body-parts of enemies or deceased persons.
Terror wandered his earth for many years. His body began to decay even worse and three spikes began to grew on each cheek. He also got the hang on his new powers, the ability to merge the limbs of others with his own body. He began to call himself Shreck now. Much later Terror Inc. somehow crossed over to Earth-19 and began to call himself Terror, and started a detective agency.
One of Terror Inc.'s assignments let him come into contact with the X-Man Wolverine. Although the two fought at first, the eventually managed to solve the case together, after which Terror once again left to go on his own business. Although Terror kept to himself mostly, he could not help come into contact with a variety of superheroes, such as Daredevil, Punisher, Silver Sable and Luke Cage. He then went silent for a while, for personal reasons.
More recently, Terror was enlisted to become part of a group of mercenaries formed and lead by the Merc with a mout known as Deadpool. As such, he has soon become close allies with Deadpool and other team members such as Stingray, Solo, Slapstick and Foolkiller.
Equipment: Various melee and ranged weapons he has collected over the years from various kills. Also tends to collect and carry parts from people of talent. He sometimes wears a cybernetic left armor that grants him the ability to lift 800 pounds.
Powers: Limb Replacement: Terror has the ability to replace lost body parts with limbs and organs taken from others.
Acid Secretion: He secretes a natural acid that serves as both solvent and glue: the substance loosens the connective tissues in the target body, allowing him to more easily rend the parts he needs; Even if reduced to a head, torso and single arm, this allows Terror to gain enough leverage to remove the needed parts. Once that is accomplished, the substance then helps bond the purloined limbs or organs to Terror's body.
Knowledge Inheritance: Upon grafting the new pieces to his body, Terror becomes immediately aware of the previous owner's last memories and strongest emotions. In some cases this is a liability, and he must ignore this knowledge to complete his task.
Skill/Power Inheritance: In addition to memories, Terror gains the skills and abilities of the donor. A safecracker's ears, for instance, would allow him to hear extremely well, while a martial artist's legs would make him a superb fighter. Though he normally uses human parts, Terror has been known to use anything that he considers useful, such as large wings or a prehensile tail. The same holds true for parts taken from super-powered beings, though the power must be related to the body part claimed; if Terror took the legs from a superhuman who could fire energy blasts from his hands, he would not gain that skill.
Though the body parts bond permanently with Terror, they are still dead tissue and will begin to decay at their natural rate. This gives Terror a distinctive odor, and also forces him to seek a constant supply of replacements. Fortunately for him, his line of work brings him into contact with many people who he no qualms about crippling or dismembering. Since his entire body is already dead, many conventional attacks have no effect on Terror. He can survive being impaled, crushed or drowned, for instance - the only limit are injuries that incapacitate or restrict him physically. Presumably, if cut off from a usable supply of corpses (or victims), Terror's continual decay would eventually consume him.
The spikes on his cheeks are the symbol of his power and his curse, inherited from the demon he slew to gain them. They can be removed and used as weapons, and if they are lost or damaged, they will regrow.
Skills: Additionally, since being alive several centuries Terror has acquired all sorts of skills and is an excellent marksman and detective, and proficient with most conventional weapons.
Weaknesses: His body is in a constant state of decay, requiring him to constantly replace all parts of his body.
Trivia (optional):
- Schreck is actually kinda proud of Deadpool. He is not one to dupe easily.
- He understands Massacre...he is just kind of an ass and doesn't feel like translating for him.
- Schreck considers Wolverine a buddy.
