History: Frankie Harris had a rough childhood. His mother disappeared when he was just a young boy and his father had to work all day in order to try and sustain him. However, his father passed away, and Frankie was raised by his uncle, Duke Dillon. Frankie became a criminal. He was loyal to the Duke, and when he was in his late teens, he developed a strong hatred for Superman after he foiled the Duke's plans. All that changed when he went undercover at the Daily Planet in order to spring his uncle from prison. He actually became friends with Jimmy Olsen, Lois Lane and Clark Kent (whom he also hated before). They actually treated him as another member of their family. He still had a mission to do, but he soon found out that he was just a pawn all this time. He decided to turn his back on the Duke and his partners after this and go with the people that truly appreciate him. The Daily Planet crew even gave Frankie his first birthday party.
After that, Superman made Frankie an offer - to join the Young Justice team. Frankie was reluctant at first, thinking that the other members may resent him, but once he met them, he just felt a kind of connection with the other members. He got along instantly with each one of them and became the team's resident infiltrator. He also developed feelings for Wonder Girl, and they've both been going out for quite some time.
An infiltrator's job is risky, and loyalties can be tested, but Frankie's loyalty to his team is strong, and he will never betray them. Even when he's undercover, Frankie will always report the status of the mission to the team.
Equipment: Handgun
Powers: N/A
Skills: Thanks to his past, he is of valuable help when it comes to infiltrating gangs. His street smarts are really a good addition to the Young Justice team.
Weaknesses: Mortal. Due to his criminal past, some people still don't fully trust Frankie. The only ones who really trust him are Wonder Girl, Superman, the Daily Planet crew and his Young Justice partners.
