Profile: The Metrotitan of Volmax, a colony made to bring together technology and nature into one world, Tidal Wave was made to be heavily armed to better protect the more remote colony. For ages they prospered, with only the occasional issue coming their way from off world. It wasn't until the arms dealer, Shockblast, made a base on Volmax that trouble brewed. The Elite Guard sent an investigation force, which was refused by the Planet's leader, Thundertron Prime. He was ignored and the Guard began to tear the planet apart to find Shockblast.
Eager to see this end, Tidal Wave found him but was caught off guard by a well placed shot fired by him and his twin Scatterblast, one that took Tidal Wave out until this skirmish was over. A skirmish that took the lives of all the natives except Tidal wave himself, Fathom, his Minicon partner, and the now broken Thundertron. Seeking revenge, the trio took off and turned to Piracy, and even stole the Chaos Edge from the home of Nexus Prime without him knowing. Thundertron soon took out his biggest rival, Cannonball the 3rd and added his men to his own ranks aboard Tidal Wave. Soon he was replaced by the 5th after a deal with the Predacon Mafia went south. Now they head for Cybertron, seeking blood and conquest.
Weapons: Tidal Wave: 4 Double Barrelled laser cannons, Twin Mega Cannons, Dual Fin Lasers, various missile batteries.
Fathom: Dual Sabot round Machineguns
Albilities: Tidal Wave is raw power, massive even for a Metrotitan, his armor and strength have few equals. He can wade though a city like Iacon and lay it to waste by raw might alone. But hie is backed up by various weapon systems. His chest houses his most prominent weapons, four powerful rapid fire dual barrelled laser cannons. These deadly weapons can blast a part a battalion of foes like it was nothing. His Arms house various hidden missile batteries, which fire Air to Air Missiles out at his foes.
In his Alt mode he has access to a pair of Mega Cannons that can shoot aircraft, causing major damage. His tail fins house a pair a decent powered laser cannons. He can divide into three segments called the Dark Fleet, each one housing at least one weapon, the arms become a flying Aircraft carrier with hs various missile powers. The Assault Craft that formed his body houses the Cannons and the Troop Transport that forms his legs has the fin lasers.
Fathom can fly up to Mach 2 and is equipped with two sabot round machienguns, that can do decent damage to Cybertronian alloys. But his real power is powerlinking. He grants his partner a field that best describes as an anti force field. This energy disrupts the basic make up of a foes force field, allowing his partner to damage it with physical or energy attacks. This power is called Armor Break.
He is also capable of repairing and maintaining Tidal Wave.
Weakness(es): Tidal Wave's single mindedness can allow for him to miss the big picture and not see attacks coming. Fathom's speed came at the price of having weak armor, hence his cowardly nature.
Trivia:
Tidal Wave:
- Made him a Metrotitan to make my plot work.
- He likes doing push ups.
- Cannonball spread a lie that shooting him in his face was a weak point. It's not, it's just annoying.
Fathom:
- He is a fusion of Amarada Ramjet and The new Titan Master Fathom. Mostly the name and armor break power came from Fathom.
- No he doesn't know why you'd name a plane Fathom.
- He often pairs up with Thundertron when not with Tidal Wave, which makes the Chaos Edge that much more dangerous to face.don't need to try. We succeed."
